During this time, we will discuss your goals and preferences to recommend the best combination of services tailored specifically for you and your pup.

For grooming clients, we take it a step further - offering a personal introduction with your pup's groomer before your first appointment. This ensures clear communication about your dog's needs, and helps you feel confident and comfortable leaving your pup in our care.
